Are you interested in joining the Chronic Urticaria Registry (CURE)? All physicians and centers that treat urticaria are invited to participate in this important initiative. Do you treat urticaria patients and would like to use the questionnaires for diagnostic purposes?
The use of the questionnaires in clinical care and academic research is free of charge. On the websites of Moxie GmbH all questionnaires are available as PDF on request. Please note that the commercial use is chargeable.
